We are a fully insured business, holding:​

• £10 million Public & Products Liability Insurance

• £10 million Employers Liability Insurance

• £100,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance

All of our equipment is fully compliant with UK laws and safety standards. This includes:​

• CE-tested and age-appropriate equipment

• Regular PAT and PIPA testing where required

• Ongoing inspections to ensure safety and quality

We also carry out thorough risk assessments across all of our services to make sure every detail is covered.

When booking with us, you will be asked to read and sign our Terms & Conditions, which also include a copy of our Soft Play Rules.
