How much space do I need?
For our soft play setups, we require an estimated space of 400cm x 250cm to ensure a safe and comfortable play area. What age is the soft play suitable for suitable for? Our soft play setups are designed specifically for children aged 5 and under, providing a safe and fun environment for little ones to explore and enjoy.
What areas do you cover?
We offer free delivery and collection within a 5-mile radius of benfleet. We cover all of Essex and surrounding areas. We are available for travel - please drop us a message with your location for a precise quote.
Can you set up outside?
Our soft play can be hired outdoors from April to August, weather permitted.
How do I pay? Is there a booking fee?
Yes, all of our bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, which must be paid within 24 hours to secure your chosen date and setup. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. payments are made via bacs or a secure payment link. We accept credit and debit card payments for your convenience.
Can I cancel my party?
If you choose to cancel your booking, please note that your 50% booking fee is non-refundable.However, we are happy to offer either a date change (subject to availability) or a credit voucher to use within 12 months. Please note, this voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the original booking party.
Are you insured?
Yes — we’re fully covered with £5 million public liability insurance I’m also DBS checked and ICO registered, ensuring professionalism and safety at every step
What happens if something gets broken during the hire?
In the event that any items are damaged during your hire, you will be required to cover the full cost of the damage upon collection. This policy is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which must be agreed at the time of booking.
